Can you help me choose the right food?

Yes. Tell us your dog’s breed, age, weight, current diet and main concern. We can explain the most relevant Atlantean K9 options, but veterinary conditions should always be discussed with your vet.

How should I change my dog onto a new food?

Introduce the new food gradually over roughly two weeks. Some dogs may need a slower change, particularly if they have a sensitive stomach.

Can I contact you about an existing order?

Yes. Select “Order or delivery” and include your order number so we can locate it quickly.

Do you work with stockists and canine professionals?

Yes. We welcome enquiries from independent retailers, trainers, handlers, rehabilitation centres, veterinary teams and other responsible canine professionals.
